Returns & Exchanges

At INTENSE, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear isn't meeting your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all technical tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the unused apparel or equipment in its original packaging, ensuring all protective liners and tags are intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse team inspects the gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
